Dairy payout prices are set to plummet after the National parties victory.

The 'Moment of Truth' event sponsored by Kim Dotcom revealed that New Zealand was a portal for the NSA spying apparatus and essentially through the GCSB organisation.  This information was not sufficient to convince the New Zealand public to change there voting patterns.

However our major export earner markets will obviously not see the situation in this way. For example all Fonterra operations in Asian markets will now be subject to extra scrutiny and suspicion.
Zespri's kiwifruit scandals that have been running since around 2008 with the "Big Liu" affair can be expected to be re-investigated, and possibly re-prosecuted.

Fonterra has being relying on the Asian markets for creating premium products to get away from the low paying commodity market will start finding increasing difficulty as the premium products require people on the ground actively marketing.

A victory for the left at the election would have meant there was a chance that NZ could re position itself not to look like a lacky of the USA and NSA.

I expect New Zealand dairy farmers will soon be very pissed off that the rest of the country put the National stigma back in power, over their interests.

The NSA won't approve NZ to have ultra-fast broadband until.....

Even while this service caused NZ users an experience between chaos and hell , NZ'ers only had one alternative and that was to change ISP's or to use a foreign based emailing service such as hotmail or gmail.

Once NZ emails were going to the US. Yahoo was forced with a massive fine over whether it would allow the NSA access via the PRISM project.

Here in New Zealand the situation was more subtle, where the government had to pretend that telecom was not a monopoly and allowed Telecom to extort the worlds most expensive communications charges from their customer base.

As technology changes so has the spying abilities. However the current government has been faced with a massive dilemma in regards to the roll out of ultra-fast broadband. This is the spying facilities would need to be expanded for both the storage and filtering of the data. Strangely enough the governments own RMA act has stopped them from building the installation.

So until the RMA process goes through, the government can't build their data housing building.
Until the data-housing building is up and equipment working we can't all have ultra-fast broadband.

Clue 1.
Using the axiom, "Nobody would think to look for it there because it is too obvious", it thus would be placed it in a very obvious place.

Clue 2. 
In a location with the best view and line of sight, for both optical and radio communications: eg, if you can see it, it can see you.

Clue 3.
The general area would be protected by the government giving unusual concessions to the owners in lieu of rent for the space. These concessions allow the enterprise to be a "self funded operation".

Clue 4.
Large infrastructural requirements would be planned in the area such as tunneling for other reasons such as rail or whatever. leaving further development as necessary.

How NZ's Prime Minister was duped

John Key has learnt from the American's example and is taking a preemptive strike against Kim Dotcom's "Moment Of Truth" event, Yes, Key is under pressure, for if his National Party lose this election their chances of signing the lucrative TPP agreement will be scuttled. (lucrative for the first signer that is)

The Prime Minister has taken the bait in believing that the master stroke  of the "Moment of Truth" was to be revealing that the GCSB had developed a business case for prevention of cyber attacks through meta data gathering. The Prime Minister's defense was that he had decided not to go ahead with this plan, and claiming that whistle blower Edward Snowden only has part of the records.

The reality is that there have been more whistle blowers than just Snowden and while the evidence has been difficult to collate, a lot more damaging evidence exists. Pultzer prize winner Glen Greenwald has not come to NZ for no good reason.  Just because the GCSB did not purchase and install this equipment, this in no way refutes that it was purchased and installed under John Key's watch.

While it may be illegal for NZ to spy on citizens without a warrant, it is not illegal for us to ask a third party government organisation such as ASIO to do it for the NZ Government. Once the third party has the information it can share it with another third party in turn and then return the information to the GCSB. Thus not even NZ's own chief communications spy agency knows where the information has truly come from.

This is very similar to how Waihopai is used for spying on satellite and copper communications in New Zealand.

The real question now is, How much do NZ'ers care that they have been spied on and lied to.

3 reasons why Kim Dotcom should not be extradited.

Not the only reasons, but the 3 reasons I consider best.

Reason 1. Judicial
Extradition should not be used for crimes of a political character.
This argument is actually written into the statutes Extradition Act 1999 Section 3.
It's very difficult to say there is no political motivation in the United States as major political campaigners  are linked directly to the case and linked directly to the offices of the President and vice-president.
In New Zealand, after all, with the political controversy this case has caused it is increasingly difficult to see there is no political will to see Kim Dotcom extradited.

Reason 2. Non Criminal
None of the crimes Kim Dotcom is accused of in the USA are actually illegal in New Zealand, so no New Zealand court can pass judgement on those crimes. Also, some of the crimes he is accused of don't actually exist in the USA. Others like the controversial RICO act are impossible to relate to New Zealand.

Reason 3. History
We will be  remembered for extraditing Kim Dotcom.
A lot more information is likely to come to light that will prove that Kim Dotcom is a pawn in a sinister game involving Hollywood, Bankers, Security Agencies and Politicians.
How the Romans and the fifth prefect Pontius Pilate are remembered for the crucifying of Jesus, is how New Zealand will be remembered for sending Kim Dotcom off to the USA to wear orange.

By extraditing Kim Dotcom, we will create another international cyber martyr and the green image of New Zealand will be tarnished forever.
1. For extraditing him and
2. For being a lackey of the USA

Any one of these reason is enough to show his extradition is simply wrong.

Two hundred dangerous Israelis a year have been coming to New Zealand in pre-selection for Mossad agent training.

Congratulations John Campbell of TV3 for busting up a Mossad operation in New Zealand. It's a pity you don't know what you have done.
This was a self funding operation  that recruited ex-conscripted soldiers for one years culture and language training in New Zealand followed by a years international travel around the world. In return those candidates are now a great deal more worldly than when they were at high school three years prior
The candidates were coming to New Zealand for a year on a working holiday visa. What they were doing was

• Abusing the work limits on their visas
• Not paying their obligations in income tax
• Learning English, and local culture
• Learning how to exploit vulnerable New Zealanders
• Saving income for the next leg of their candidate selection process

What is surprising is why the SIS and GCSB did not shut this operation down, but allowed John Campbell to do so. Persons on working visa's can after all be spied on in New Zealand.
Or was the New Zealand Government in full knowledge of the operation through the GCSB and SIS? Obviously requests under the OIA will result in nothing here. But it does seem such a large operation could have been operating under their noses without their knowledge.
